Bringing presence, compassion and body awareness alive in everyday life

In our practice library you will find guided meditations led by our teachers. These can be streamed and download to support and hopefully inspire your practice.

TEAM
Kontemplation is shaped by the contribution of people with diverse skills and experience. We share an interest in approaches to contemplative practice and sustainable living that make sense in a contemporary context.
Our contemplative practice library is mainly in Scandinavian language, but we work on making it more inclusive also embracing our international students. Please bear with us while we gradually update the library with audio files and videos in English and German.
The practices can be streamed or downloaded to support and inspire your home practice.
